A reservation deposit is require upon booking by bank transfer, followed by 25% deposit 10 months before, a further 25% 6 months before then the final balance 2 months before arrival.  Food and any extras due 2 weeks before check-in.

Cancellations / Offer Conditions

Please be aware all deposits are non-refundable or non-transferrable if a booking is cancelled. We strongly encourage having travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that made lead to cancellation.

 

Management always have the right to cancel bookings and refund deposits if deemed necessary.

Check-in is 15h.  Check-out time is 11h (latest).
