Prices and Extras
Rates are per room per night, based on two sharing, including a light breakfast (with the exception of Frigola & Olivera/Cuquillo as 2AD+2CH).

Additional Beds
An extra bed or cot can be added to: Moscatell. A cot can also be added to the ground floor room L'Ametla room. Prices include breakfast.

Child Policy
​
Unlike many other small or boutique hotels Cuatre Finques do allow children and believes it adds to our relaxed and open ambience. Children are normally only permitted in Frigola & Olivera/Cuquillo rooms, so normally there will be a maximum of 4 children at one time. Occasionally there will be an additional extra cot. (This does not apply to exclusive use bookings).

​Bookings, Bank Details & Transfers
​
A deposit is payable by bank transfer upon booking with the remaining balance due in CASH on arrival. Only once the deposit is paid is the booking then secure. For special offer rates the full amount is payable upon booking.

Cancellations / Offer Conditions

We understand that sometimes holidays have to be cancelled. If we are able to resell the room then we will refund the money (minus 75€ processing fee). If we cannot resell, no matter what the reason, deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another booking and the remaining room balance is still due.
Offers, Exclusive Use and group bookings deposits and pre-payments are always non-refundable.
Management always have the right to cancel bookings and refund deposits if necessary.

Check-in / Check-out
We do our best to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals by 15:00 at the latest. Check-out time is 11:00.
We understand you may want to arrive earlier or stay later than our check-in/check-out times. We are happy for you to use the bar/pool area and we can store your luggage during these times (except for exclusive use bookings).
