2020 Retreat Overview

Four wonderful nights of self indulgence in beautiful & luxurious surroundings with the promise of discovering a new kind of peace for body, mind & soul.  The Cuatre Finques' Yoga retreat is like no other - a special and unique time to relax, re-energise and disconnect from everyday life.  Aimed at yoga beginners to the moderately experienced, this is a wonderful introduction to this ancient art.


A typical day on the retreat will start gently with 60-90 mins of Hatha or Yin Yoga coaching, followed by a delicious locally-sourced, fresh & healthy breakfast.  Then it's time to relax in the Spanish sun, take a walk & disconnect.  One morning the group are invited to experience a private Hot Air Balloon trip followed by a session of yoga on location.

A light salad lunch will be provided to take when you like and then a variety of other activities are offered throughout your stay.  Three evenings will be spent enjoying a group dinner at Cuatre Finques and the other free to spend as your please.

2020 Yoga Itinerary 


Day 1: Arrival & orientation. 

             60-min intro yoga class

             Followed by wonderful evening to meet the other 

            participants/guests with live musiccava reception

             and dinner.

Day 2: 07:45 Smoothie, Juice or Tea

             08:00 Dynamic Yoga (75m)

             09:15 Breakfast

             10:45 Personal time with a complimentary                                         1hr massage (relaxing or deep tissue)

             13:30 Light salad lunch taken privately

             16:00 Healthy snack available

             17:00 Yoga (90m)

             20:00 Group dinner (@CF) made with local,                                         organic ingredients. Wines included.

Day 3: 07:30 Relaxing walk (3km)

             08:00 Smoothie, Juice or Tea

             08:30 Yoga (90m)

             10:00 Breakfast

             11:00 Personal time

             12:00 Guided Meditation (60m)

             13:30 Light salad lunch taken privately

             16:00 Healthy snack available

             17:00 Dynamic Hatha Yoga (90m)

             18:30 Free evening to dine as you please

Day 4: 07:00 Bus with packed breakfast

             08:15 Hot Air Balloon Experience

             10:00 Yoga near the land site (60m)

             11:45 Return to Cuatre Finques

             13:30 Light Salad lunch taken privately

             17:30 Yoga (60m)

             20:00 Group Tapas dinner (@CF)

Day 5: 07:45 Smoothie, Juice or Tea

             08:00 Yoga (60m)

             09:15 Breakfast

             11:00 Depart

Our Instructors


Dionne is a top yoga instructor from the UK. Her approach to teaching is simple but beautiful and past participants can't help but love her warm and charismatic ways.

Dionne has been a qualified and certified yoga instructor with more than 10 years experience and has carried our various teacher trainings in India and other locations.

Amanda will also be teaching during our 2020 retreat.  Amanda started yoga in 2001 and completed her 500 hour yoga teacher training shortly after. Amanda's teaching style has a gentle and grounded approach and focuses on strength and flexibility through deep awareness in posture and precision alignment.  She will bring in aspects of yin & restorative yoga as well as mindfulness to this retreat.

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with the environment.


The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible which also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. In turn this reduces stress, boosts confidence, lowers risk of injury, improves muscle tone, strength, posture & flexibility. 

Nowadays life is so busy and often stressful.  This is the time to stop, breathe and make time for you.

Price includes: 4 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, 8 sessions of yoga coaching,  1 guided meditation, 3 light salad lunches & afternoon snack, 1hr full body massage, a special bespoke group trip , 3 dinners at Cuatre Finques (inc specially selected Spanish wines & mineral water), a relaxing walk and a few treats along the way...!

Optional extras:

Additional spa treatments (see list), extra 1-2-1 yoga sessions with your instructor (£45 ph), up to 7 nights additional stay before teh retreat at hotel Cuatre Finques (standard room £145 pn including breakfast).

A £300 deposit (by bank transfer) is required per person upon booking.  The remaining balance is due in cash on arrival**.
